This position is responsible for the management and growth of commercial relationships and for the achievement of set financial, category, strategic, marketing and sales plan objectives.Responsibilities includeManage the full commercial performance of the account portfolio, including ownership of financial forecasts, pricing maintenance, claims reconciliation, promotional fund management, and development of sales gap-closure strategies to deliver commercial KPIs.Build and execute an annual Joint Business Plan, designed to optimise sales growth, profitability, and long-term category health.Lead and facilitate planning meetings to identify future growth opportunities aligned to the category vision and key growth drivers, ensuring these are incorporated into the Joint Business Plan.Conduct comprehensive category reviews, including total category analysis, new product presentations, range defence, and activation planning. Own all internal processes such as range review preparation, presentation development, new line administration, forecasting, pricing alignment, and communication of ranging outcomes to stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, QA, Customer Marketing, and Demand Planning to deliver outcomes aligned to business requirements.About you5 years’ experience in National Account Management with previous major account experience preferred.Worked with field sales operation, finance. category, marketing, supply chain and/or inventory team previously.Commercial understanding – Budgeting, P&L to Cash Flow, Promotional Return on InvestmentStrong leadership, analytical, organisational/time management, conflict resolution, presentation and negotiation skills.High level of computer literacy across Microsoft Office, Aztec and SAPCollaboration, flexibility and diversity are pillars of our environment. About you

  • 5 years’ experience in National Account Management with previous major account experience preferred.

  • Commercial understanding – Budgeting, P&L to Cash Flow, Promotional Return on Investment
  • Strong leadership, analytical, organisational/time management, conflict resolution, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • High level of computer literacy across Microsoft Office, Aztec and SAP
